...you didn't sleep? [He laid awake in bed staring at the ceiling and listening to the unearthly quiet of the house. No Hinata softly breathing in his ear. He'd even asked Raijin to curl up on him but it hadn't helped.]

[ But she hasn't gotten out of bed, still. ]

No. But that isn't that unusual for me! [He could have lied but, he does have a precise time for late nights when working.]

I thought I'd go back over the teleporter codes we've obtained so far.

[ And he's at the bookstore again. She frowns into the pillow. ]

You should sleep, though. After your shift.

I'll have enough time to nap before I have to head over to the library. [He'll catch a power nap. That's enough to keep him going for a while and not enough to potentially dream.]
